If a loved one is in need of someone to care for
his or her personal and financial needs, I can
assist you in establishing a Guardianship under
Ohio law. A Guardianship legally protects both
the Ward (person being cared for) and the
Guardian (the one taking care of the Ward). To
establish a Guardianship, proper medical
documentation must be filed demonstrating the
individual's physical or mental health need for a
Guardian. If care is needed for one's financial
affairs an inventory of that person's assets must
be filed, along with an annual accounting as to
those assets.
